There are a wide range of rebates and concessions available from governments to try and help consumers deal with the rising cost of household energy. The rebates, concessions and eligibility often change, so be sure to check what is available regularly.

ACT | - Electricity, Gas and Water Rebate: If you have an eligible concession card, you may get up to $800 off your energy bill annually. The amount varies with the season.
- Life Support Rebate: The rebate of $150 per year is available to people with electrically operated life support devices.

Northern Territory | - NT Concession Scheme: Members may receive an electricity concession of up to $1,200 annually.
- Remote Community Residents: If you live in an Indigenous Essential Services remote community, you will receive a once-off instalment of $300 applied directly to your meter.

NSW | - NSW Gas Rebate: This rebate is $121 per household, per financial year, for eligible concession cardholders using natural gas or bottled Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
- NSW Family Energy Rebate: This rebate is up to $250 per household per financial year.
- Seniors Energy Rebate: This rebate is $250 and is available for self-funded retirees only.
- Low Income Household Rebate: This rebate is $350 per eligible household per financial year
- Medical Energy Rebate: This rebate is $350 per eligible household per financial year.
- Life Support Rebate: This rebate is up to $1,638 per eligible household per financial year, depending on equipment type.

SA | - Energy Concession: Up to $274.85 a year is available, with the amount calculated as a flat rate per day and indexed each financial year. This covers energy payments, including fuels used to generate energy like LPG bottled gas and petrol.
- SA Concessions Energy Discount Offer: This offer gives you extra discounts of 17% on electricity and 11% on natural gas if your energy retailer is Origin Energy and you already receive the Energy Concession.
