Annual General Meeting FAQs.
You can find your member number either on the front of your Beyond Bank Access Card or at the top of the first page of your statements. If you use our Mobile Banking app, you can also find this in the menu when logged in under Useful Info > App Details.
If you do not have access to these options, our team can provide you with your member number in a branch or by phone on 13 25 85.
The AGM itself will take around one hour. After the meeting has concluded, light refreshments will be served for those attending person.
For those members who are attending in person, registration will commence at 3:00pm (AWDT) / 5:30pm (ACDT) / 6:00pm (AEDT).

No. Only Beyond Bank members and their appointed proxies may attend the AGM (in person, online or via the telephone conference facility) unless they are an invited guest.
Anyone, including members of the public, can watch a recording of the virtual AGM. The recording will be available to view here after the meeting has ended.

Yes. To submit a question ahead of the AGM, you may submit your question by email to companysecretary@beyondbank.com.au.
Yes. A recording of the virtual AGM will be available to view here shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.
Open your web browser and go to https://meetings.linkgroup.com/BBA23. Please make sure your web browser is compatible (refer to the Online Guide for further information).
Log in to the portal using your member number and postcode.
Please read and accept the terms and conditions before clicking ‘Register and Watch Meeting’.
Once logged in, you will see:
- to the left - a live video webcast of the virtual AGM
- to the right - the presentation slides that will be used during the AGM.
Members may participate in the AGM via the phone conference facility. You will be able to attend the AGM by phone and ask questions during the AGM (but you cannot vote by telephone).
You will need to contact Link Market Services before the AGM to obtain your unique PIN. Please contact Link Market Services on +61 1800 990 363 (Australia and overseas). You will need to advise your full name and your member number to obtain your PIN.
We recommend logging in to the phone conference at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for the AGM using the instructions below.

Then, when prompted by the moderator, enter your unique PIN to be admitted to the AGM.
To ask a question during the AGM via the online platform, click on the 'Ask a Question' box at the bottom of the webpage under the webcast presentation.
To ask a question during the AGM by phone, refer to the ‘How do I join the AGM by telephone’ FAQ.
If you are attending the AGM using the phone conference facility, when the Chair calls for questions, you will be asked to press *1 on your keypad should you wish to ‘raise your hand’ to ask a question.
Please advise the moderator if your question relates to a specific item of business (per the meeting Agenda) or general business. The moderator will make a note and ask if you have any additional questions.
When it’s time to ask your question, the moderator will introduce you to the meeting, you will be taken off mute and you can then begin speaking.
If you would like to ask a question while you are watching the virtual AGM, click on the ‘Ask a Question’ box at the bottom of the webpage under the webcast presentation.
In the ‘Regarding’ section, select the category from the drop-down arrow and enter your question in the text box under ‘Question’.
You can log in and register to join the meeting at any time up until the conclusion of the meeting. During the meeting, the Chair will announce when voting has closed (a five-minute warning will be given).

To be eligible to vote on the resolutions in your capacity as an individual, you need to have been a member of Beyond Bank Australia at least seven days before notice of the AGM was given, be over 18 years of age, have not lost mental capacity, and not be bankrupt.
If a member is a body corporate, and a representative of that member is to attend the meeting, an ‘Appointment of Corporate Representative’ form must be completed and lodged prior to the meeting. The form may be requested from and lodged with RO@linkgroup.com.
Once you have logged in to attend the virtual AGM you will see a live video stream of the virtual AGM and the presentation slides.
Once you have registered, you will be able to see your voting card under your name and member number you used to log in. Click on the 'Edit Voting Card' tab to vote.
To vote under any additional membership or as an appointed proxy, click on the 'Additional Voting Card' box at the top of the webpage or below the videos.
To submit your vote on a resolution, click on the ‘For’; ‘Against’; or ‘Abstain’ voting buttons.
Once you have completed your voting card, select the blue ‘Cast Vote’ button.
You can edit your voting card at any time while voting is open by clicking on the ‘Edit Card’ button.
To vote on the resolutions (assuming you are eligible), please follow the instructions in the email that was sent to you by Link Market Services. That email will contain a link to vote and instructions on how to vote.
Any member who is entitled to attend and cast a vote at a meeting of members may appoint a person as their proxy to attend the meeting and vote on their behalf (if, for example, the member is unable to attend the meeting). A proxy appointed to attend and vote for a member has the same rights as the member to speak at the meeting and to vote.
If you wish to appoint a proxy, you need to complete and submit a proxy form. To get a hardcopy proxy form, please email RO@linkgroup.com. Eligible members with a valid email address will be sent a voting link via email from Link Market Services (the sender will be Beyond Bank Australia, and the sender's email will be comms@linkmarketservices.com.au).
The proxy form / online vote must be submitted by 3:30pm (AWDT) / 6:00pm (ACDT) / 6:30pm (AEDT) on Saturday, 25 November 2023. Any proxy forms received after that will not be valid for the 2023 AGM.
To lodge your proxy form online, log in to the Link website https://investorcentre.linkgroup.com/voting/bba using your member number and postcode.
You can request a paper proxy form by calling Link Market Services on 1300 554 474 or emailing RO@linkgroup.com.
You can submit a paper proxy form by mail, fax or by hand (as detailed on the form).
You can still attend the AGM even if you have appointed a proxy. If this occurs, you will be asked whether or not you wish to revoke your proxy. If you do not revoke your proxy, your proxy will be entitled to cast your vote on the resolutions and on any procedural motions.
The proxy form must be submitted by 3:30pm (AWDT) / 6:00pm (ACDT) / 6:30pm (AEDT) on Saturday, 25 November 2023. Any proxy forms received after then will not be valid for the 2023 AGM.
