How do I set up Mobile Banking?

Step 1: Register for Internet Banking

To register for our Mobile Banking App, you must first register for Internet Banking, log in, and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure that you log into Internet Banking once every 12 months to ensure that it remains active and accessible, as this will affect your Mobile Banking service.


Step 2: Download the Beyond Bank App

You can download the App onto your smartphone or device via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once the App is downloaded, open the App and complete the following steps:

  1. Tap the Login & Start Banking button
  2. Enter your Member Number
  3. Enter your Internet Banking password
  4. Nominate a Device Name for your device
  5. Nominate an app PIN and confirm it
  6. Tap to indicate whether you would like to use Biometrics/Touch ID/Face ID if your device supports it.
  7. Tap the arrow to complete the registration
  8. You will receive an SMS with a code, or if you have registered for VIP security it will ask you for a VIP code, enter the code.
  9. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

Once you have logged in once, the app will remember your details and every time you log in thereafter. You will simply need to enter your PIN or Biometrics/Touch ID/Face ID, if enabled.

You can nominate a Device Name in case you want to register Mobile Banking for use on multiple devices. This way, if you want to deregister a particular device, you won’t need to deregister Mobile Banking completely.
