What’s the best way to finance my renovations?
There are several different ways you can finance your renovations. The best option will depend on your circumstances.

- Redraw. You may be able to use extra payments if you have a redraw facility.
- Top up. If you have a home loan you may be able to increase it.
- Home Loan. If you don’t have a home loan you may be able to take one out.
- Construction Loan. You may be able to use a Construction Loan.
- Personal Loan. You may be able to apply for a Personal Loan.
