Our award-winning Internet Banking service has unique features and offers you a secure transaction environment to do your banking online. Watch the short videos below to familiarise with the features.

Other FAQs.
When logging in for the first time, you will automatically be prompted to choose a new password. Remember not to choose a password that is the same as your member number, or that is sequential letters or numbers. To maintain security, your chosen password must comply with the below:
- Minimum of 8 characters in length
- Maximum of 16 characters in length
- Must contain letters and numbers
- You may use a combination of lower and upper case letters, numbers and symbols
- Do not include the following characters and/or spaces: < > /
Once you have updated your password successfully, a confirmation message will appear. Select Continue to navigate to the Welcome Screen.
If you cannot update your password, please review any error messages and make changes where required. If you are still having issues with updating your password, please contact us.
Please ensure that you log into your Internet Banking account within 45 days of setting up your membership with us. If more than 30 days have passed you will need to get in touch with the Customer Relationship Centre on 13 25 85 and quote your Telephone Access Passcode, or head into a branch with identification and request to reactivate your Internet Banking service
You can log into Internet Banking by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner of our Website, or by going to online.beyondbank.com.au/.
Once on the log in screen, enter your member number into the first field and the password that you have chosen into the second, and then click the Log In button. If you are not sure of your member number, you can find it at the bottom of your card, under your name.
From this page, you can also navigate back to the home page of our website by clicking the Beyond Bank logo. You can also view our latest news on the login page, which will alert you to any outages and other important news about Internet Banking.
If you forgot your password, simply click on the link ’Forgot your password?’ located under the Log In button.

We take the online security of your money very seriously. That’s why we use the latest systems and technology to ensure your savings are safe with us. We combine 256-bit encryption and sophisticated firewalls with 2-tier authentication to offer the highest online protection for your money and information. This enhanced security system might seem like a hassle at first, but it’s really simple to set up and use!
Simple login (tier 1 authentication)
Tier 1 allows you to access simple services like account balances and transaction history. It’s what you’re probably already used to – logging in with your member number and password.
Secure SMS and Security Token (tier 2 authentication)
Tier 2 is needed to protect your money when it moves. It makes sure it’s really you making the transfer or bill payment! For this, you need to add an extra passcode, generated with either Secure SMS or a VIP Security Token.
Secure SMS
With secure SMS, a secure code is sent to your mobile phone or a voice message call is made to your home or business landline phone.
VIP security tokens
For those members that can’t register for Secure SMS, Beyond Bank can provide VIP Security, in the form of either:
- Mobile phone VIP Access - this relies on your mobile phone having web access, or you can use an app on your smart phone, to create a secure passcode using an online application (once downloaded it no longer requires access to the internet), or
- A Hardware Security Token – a small, lightweight device that generates a unique 6-digit passcode every 30 seconds.
Once you’ve entered your Secure SMS or VIP Security Token passcode, you will have full access to all areas of Internet Banking, including our Secure Messaging service.
