Our Collins St branch will serve as an appointment-only advice centre, with no transactional or cash services. To book an appointment, call 13 25 85 or fill in this form. Our new South Melbourne branch is available for all regular banking services.

Looking for an ATM?
The good news is that, as a Beyond Bank customer, you can withdraw from any of the major bank's ATMs fee free (ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB or Westpac). To find your nearest ATM search for ATM near you in Google Maps and find the nearest ATM owned by one of these big banks. Other ATM owners may charge a operator fee on their end, but Beyond Bank will not charge you any additional fees on standard domestic ATM withdrawals.
