Terms and Conditions.
- The Win Two Tickets to the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final Competition is conducted by Beyond Bank Australia Ltd (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 237856), 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
- Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 years by completing the Competition entry form on the Beyond Bank website and makes a minimum of 3 deposits totalling $300 into an existing or new Purple Bonus Saver Account.
- Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, or their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
- A maximum of one entry will be accepted per participant.
- The Competition commences 10:00am on Monday 05 August 2024 and closes at 9:00am on Friday 6 September 2024. All times shown are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- The Competition consists of two tickets to attend the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The total value of the prizes is $4,400. Flights, accommodation and any additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier.
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The winner shall be drawn at random at 10:00am on Monday 9 September 2024 at Beyond Bank Australia, 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide SA.
- The winner will be notified phone and email within two business days of the draw and their name published on the Beyond Bank website within 7 business days of the draw.
- The prize is to be electronically sent to the winner after confirmation over the phone.
- If the prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm on Thursday 12 September 2024 it will be redrawn. The redraw will be conducted on Friday 13 September 2024 at the same time and place as the initial draw. The winner from the redraw will be notified by phone and email within two business days of the draw.
- If any prize is not available due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter shall be at liberty in its discretion to substitute the prize with another similar prize of equivalent monetary value.
- The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. - Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
