Our team have identified some additional intermittent access issues with internet banking and the mobile banking app.
We are not currently aware of any further impacts to other banking services including card payments.
We are investigating further and will keep you updated once we have more information.

Access to all banking services has been restored and is currently working as expected. We are continuing to monitor this to ensure that it continues.

We still continue to see intermittent problems with some of our banking services.
We are aware of intermittent problems still occurring with internet banking and the mobile app as well as Osko and fast transfer payments.
We are not aware of any impact to card payments.
